What materials are used in your prints?
- Items are either FDM printed using Polymaker PolyTerra PLA + or Resin printed using Esun PLA Based Resin
How can I finish my items?
- Most items are sold as RAW 3D printed kits. With that being said 3D printing creates items by adding very thin layers of plastic over and over to build the itm. Slight imperfections and rough edges are expected, but I try my best to avoid them. Sanding, priming, painting and sealing are all completed by the buyer unless stated otherwise. For guides or processes used I recommend FranklyBuilt on YouTube.
How are items sized?
- All props are 1:1 scale unless otherwise specified in their listings. Helmets are in general sized around a 24 inch head but custom sizes can be completed using Armorsmith

What items are included in the listings?
- All included items will be listed in the listing. If an item needs M3 screws those will not be included for the time being as I am still awaiting another bulk shipment. No springs are included. No padding is included in helmets or armor as that is a person by person fit even for the complete helmets.
Can your items be used for airsoft, paintball, or dueling?
- These items are all printed for the intention of being costume props for cosplay or display purposes. They are not printed or finished in a way to withstand impacts from accidents or dueling. If you use your items for any other purpose outside of cosplay or display you are using them at your own risk. NoCrust3D will not be held liable for any accidents or injuries resulting from misuse.
Do you do custom commissions?
- Yes and no. I can custom print any prop or cosplay item. I do NOT print functional firearms. If you have a file or have a file in mind I can either print your item or purchase the file and bill you for my labor and materials in creating it. I do not do custom design commissions as I am still learning Blender and Fusion360.
When will my item ship?
- I give myself a 10-day window on each order. However, my goal is to print and send items as quick as possible. But if there are defects that I am not happy with I will reprint items before sending them out. Some Helmets may take longer than this timeline and those will be posted in their descriptions. I use USPS so items once dropped off will arrive within 3-5 days.
I have a convention coming up, will you prioritize my order?
- If you have a deadline in which the item has to reach you, I highly recommend you contact me to verify that I can complete the project on time before you commit to an order. Depending on schedule and current order list this may include an additional charge.
Do you ship internationally?
- Free shipping does not factor into international shipments. You can add the item to your cart to select your Country/Region to receive a shipping estimation. Some cheaper options do not include insurance and tracking may be hit or miss. So please be aware of those limitations.
What is your Refund Policy?
- All items are made to order and may be customized. So Refund’s are on a case by case basis. If you are thinking you are wanting a refund please do not start sanding/painting an item and then giving up and requesting a refund. Please contact me directly with any and all questions or complaints and I will do my best to solve them.
